Description

Cellulose unwinder 2 + 2 rolls - maximum width 12 inch (300 mm) and max dia 1500 mm, shafts with 3 inch (7,62 cm) core.
Cellulose moisturizer - water spray to ensure the right moisturization of the cellulose
Hammermill - with fixed discs, max capacity 800 kg/hr, max width 305 mm, AC motor 45 kW
Drumformer - forming drum with bi-dimensional moulds, external chamber, drive system with independent motors
SAP application unit
Auto-cleaning filter type 1220/1520 M2 with rotary drum - max air volume 24.000 m3/hr.

2* counter stacker units for flat products, from 100 - 508 mm acceptable width of row, up to 700 ppm, 40 ejections/min, 9-10 pces for ejection of each exit.
2* fully automatic baggers - filler flow bag type, max number of cycles: 40/minute, 9-10 pieces per bag.
