The screw speed can be automatically adjusted and controlled according to the pressure of the metering pump to achieve closed-loop control and keep the extrusion pressure stable and uniform all the time. The extruder is equipped with three pressure sensors, and one is an Italian Gefran sensor in front of the pump, which can operate in open-loop and closed-loop. The front and rear of the net are equipped with domestic sensors. All metering pump transmission boxes are of K series, and the motor is of horizontal structure.
